How do I place a custom order?
Ordering Custom Photo Magnets Process...
To place an order for custom photo magnets
- Select magnet style - photo magnet styles currently on offer are Square and Rectangle 8 Packs and Polaroid 6 Packs
- Upload up to 8 or 6 photos before you add to cart - you will be contacted if the full amount is not uploaded. Feel free to reuse photo slots and have copies to share just send us a message or leave a note with your order stating your preference. Contact page here.
- Submit order - you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received.
- Order dispatched - please allow 5 to 10 business days to process custom orders. You will receive an email to update you on the progress of your order.
- Your order is now in the hands of the trusty courier team - keep an eye out for their 'your parcel has been picked up' email. Read the full shipping policy here.
- Once you have received your order please inspect the product for damage and that your order is correct - we treat each creation like it's our last but we are human so please send us a message and we can look to rectify the issue ASAP. Read the full terms of service here.
- Leave a review - feel free to let us know about your order so we know we're on the right track.
- 30 Days from submitting your order, all photos uploaded will be appropriately and permanently deleted - your photos will never be shared to anyone or any social site without informed permission. Read the full privacy policy here.

Do you accept returns?

When will I get my order?
Estimated Dispatch times are from 5 to 10 business days for custom orders and 3 to 5 days for all other orders.

For larger orders a flat rate of $20 applies
